Why Moving Your Base Forward Matters | Hero Wars: Zombie Virus

Sometimes your army can push too far ahead.

In this battle, my units had already reached the area around the enemy base, but that also meant they were getting too far away from my own base.

Once the frontline moves outside the base's shield support range, those units can no longer receive the shield effect.

So I moved the base forward instead of pulling the army back.

Once the base caught up with the frontline, the units were back within shield range and could continue putting pressure on the enemy base.

It's a small positioning decision, but it can make a big difference when your frontline keeps advancing.
